Kenapa ONGKIR tidak muncul juga di Theme Divi?

Halo,

Saya mengalami masalah dengan tampilan ongkir tidak muncul-muncul di proses checkout. Saya sudah setting sesuai tutorial.

Versi WordPress 4.9.2

Versi Woo Ongkir: Trial License for Plugin Ongkos Kirim
Order Number : 20704

WooCommerce Version 3.2.6

Theme : Divi Version: 3.0.71

Semoga bisa segera tampil sehingga saya bisa membeli pluginnya jika sudah bisa berfungsi baik dari hasil tes/trial ini.

Masalah tampilan ongkir yang bagaimanan ya? soalnya saya lihat di websitenya dan mencoba order hingga proses checkout semua berjalan normal.
