kemungkinan Anda menggunakan API plugin ongkos kirim yang mana belum support daerah Anda.
solusinya bisa menggunakan API rajaongkir

Pilih Api rajaongkir dan set lokasi toko Lumajang.

Oh begitu ya. Sekadar memastikan saja, nama daerah saya bisa ditemukan di halaman checkout jadi apa memang memungkinkan di store location tidak ditemukan tetapi di checkout bisa ditemukan?
Iya memungkinkan begitu karena antara admin dan checkout memakai data yang berbeda.
