Set API Raja Ongkir Selalu Can Not Connect Server

Halo Tonjoo Studio,
Saya ingin menanyakan, saya berencana untuk menggunakan Raja Ongkir.
Tapi ketika saya mencoba untuk set API Raja Ongkir, selalu muncul error “Can Not Connect Server”. Saya menggunakan tipe API starter.

Sebagai info tambahan, saya sudah whitelist IP address server saya di panel raja ongkir

Sudah coba flush cache dan reset pluginnya? Cek juga server Anda dalam keadaan normal. Saya coba di tempat saya baik2 saja soalnya…
