License Activation issue

Hi There,

I’m having a bit of problem when I’m trying to check for my license, i’m getting this error message "Please try again ( Error: Operation timed out after 2172 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received "

How do we fix this? Thanks in advance.

Sorry for late response. Saturday and Sunday is holiday 🙂

The time out response is already set to 40s, It should have been fine :/

Hi Zea,

Appreciate the response.

I’ve just tried that again, for some reason it works the first time but when I save changes it reverts back and when I try to check my license again, I’m getting the same error again.

Perhaps if you dont mind take a quick look at my site and see what can we do to fix this.I’ve included my credentials under the "secret message box" below.

Hi Zea,

Thanks for doing that. Now I’m able to use the plugin properly.

However, sometimes I see this message on my admin screen "object from empty value in /home/site/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woo-ongkir/tonjoo-plugin-updater/library-license-wordpress/tpluginUpdater.php on line 227"

is this a bug or is this normal?

Hi Zea,

Apologies for the late response.

Yes, the error message will appear whenever I’m updating other plugins or accessing other plugin page. but everything still works though.

I just hope this doesn’t cause any kind of issues to my site.

Let me know if you have suggestions on how to fix this.
