Jika Anda developer, Anda bisa menggunakan hook filter ‘pok_shipping_costs’ (https://goo.gl/HAQvaj). Di dalam fungsi tersebut Anda bisa memanggil global variable $woocommerce sehingga Anda juga dapat membaca data cart untuk menentukan batasan minimal order.
