The Read More button at the bottom of each Post excerpt is only linking to the latest post, instead of the post that the Read More button correlates with.

I noticed that the issue is indeed a conflict between the plugin and my theme (from rockettheme). Do you have any idea what sort of tools/coding may be causing the conflict? Any possible insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

You can try to debug it by deactivate your other plugins one-by-one, and activate it again… To see what plugin causing the issue
