Custom Cost bermasalah

Selamat siang tonjoo, <br />
saya ada sedikit ketika mengubah custom cost di ongkos kirim. ketika saya ubah custom cost untuk suatu daerah dengan JNE saya setting 0 rupiah untuk wilayah Jawa Timur dengan minimal harga 0.01 kg. ketika saya test melakukan pembelian ketika checkout muncul harga Rp 5.590 untuk berat 0.03 kg. seharusnya harga yg muncul adalah 0 rupiah. pertanyaan saya darimana harga itu berasal dan bagaimana cara menghilangkannya. <br />

Setelah kita cek, harga ongkir tersebut berasal dari opsi asuransi pengiriman yang dicentang. Dimana perhitungan asuransi tergantung dari harga produk yang dibeli.
Opsi asuransi pengiriman bisa dimatikan di halaman pengaturan.
