Untuk hasil check sementara dari plugin tidak ada masalah, di menu cost checker tarif ID express berhasil muncul
akan kami bantu check untuk plugin atau setting dari external yang menghalangi ongkir tampil di halaman checkout

Berikut hasil check compability
Kami menemukan bahwa field di halaman checkout tidak lengkap, yaitu tidak ada pilihan kota dan kecamatan, yang dibutuhkan untuk ongkir dapat terkalkulasi.
Penelusuran lebih lanjut ditemukan bahwa field2 halaman checkout merupakan hasil edit dari Plugin WooCommerce checkout field editor and manager,yang tidak bisa disisipi oleh fungsi2 dari plugin ongkos kirim.
Saran: Bisa jalankan plugin ongkos kirim di halaman checkout versi asli atau tanpa plugin WooCommerce checkout field editor and manager

Selamat siang, plugin “WooCommerce checkout field editor and manager” sudah saya deactivate, tp kendala nya masih sama ekspedisi ID Express tidak muncul di halaman check out dan pilihan kota & kecamatan masih menjadi satu, tapi ketika plugin Ongkos Kirim saya deactivate baru pilihan kota & kecamatan terpisah, mohon bantuannya

Berikut Hasil pemeriksaan Pak,
1. Untuk kolom kota dan kecamatan masih bersatu dikarenakan fitur simple address di plugin ongkir di menu checkout aktif, saat ini sudah di deaktif.
2. Untuk ID Express, ditemukan adanya kebutuhan untuk patch di fitur filter service, khusus untuk ID Express dikarenakan adanya perbedaan dengan data pusat. Akan segera kami lakukan update.
