Error Pemasangan Plugin :

Siang, bisa tolong di bantu jika setelah upload plugin muncul tulisan seperti ini bagaimana ya cara resolved error ini ?

Itu kemungkinan masalah permission di server/hosting nya mas/mba.

Bisa saya bantu, tapi saya butuh account cPanel dan wp-admin nya 🙂

Selamat Malam…

masalah saya di atas sudah selesai dan sudah teratasi dengan baik.

saat ini timbul masalah baru lagi.
saya ada beli PLUGIN WooCommerce POS International Shipping di a9enwebsite.com, setelah di pasang ternyata ada error di proses cekout nya dengan keterangan error " billing distrik is required ".
setelah saya tanyakan ke a9enwebsite.com, katanya ada BUG dari tonjoostudio.com nya. apakah benar begitu ya?..
dimohon dengan amat sangat untuk SEGERA diberikan bantuan atau info, karena tgl 18 ini saya akan open web saya.

Saya sudah mengunjungi webnya, sepertinya enable shipping method untuk plugin ongkos kirim belum di enable, silahkan dicoba di enable dulu. Jika belum tuntas juga, silahkan post credetial website anda di kolom secret message, kami akan cek secara live

Pak bagaimana info terakhir dari web saya, untuk plugin shipping nya.
saat ini terlihat web saya aneh, karena harga nya jadi FREE semua…

Masalah itu spt nya karna salah setting atau konflik dengan plugin lain mas

Coba lakukan langkah-langkah ini :

1. Nonaktifkan plugin ongkir lain, selain woo-ongkir
2. Deactivate lalu activate kembali lisensi
3. Jika masih tidak bisa, akan kami kirimkan lisensi baru utk mengganti lisensi lama nya
