I used your free version without a problem. Now that I have a paid version, it does not even install… It must have something to do with the new additional features, right?

Your paid version is having a problem with finding the free version. At least that is what the error message reads.

I would upload the message, but your forum support does not offer this option, why not?

Are you sure the free version is active when you install the premium one?
