Dear Support,

Saya sudah install plugin Ongkos Kirim. Namun pada saat test cek tarif hasilnya : "tidak ada hasil"

Apa ada yang salah?

Coba cek lisensi Anda, pastikan website sudah terregistrasi dengan nomor lisensi dengan benar. Dalam data kami belum ada website yang terdaftar dengan nomor lisensi di akun Anda.

Bagaimana cara meregister dengan nomer licensinya? sudah saya cek di bagian licensi nya sudah aktif. Mohon bantuannya.

Iya benar di bagian itu untuk meregister license key-nya dan jika sudah ada notif sukses seperti itu seharusnya website sudah teregister dengan benar.

Bagaimana cara deactivenya? bisa di pandu?

sebab kolom untuk mengisi kode lisensi nya tidak bisa di isi / tidak bisa diketik.

Saya sudah coba uninstall dan install kembali plugin nya tetap saja tidak bisa diisi.
