Hello, saya mencoba setting plugin ongkos kirim tanpa menggunakan api RajaOngkir namun tidak berhasil , ketika checkout tidak muncul pilihan nama nama propinsi.

Mohon dibantu cara setting nya yaa? dimana tutorial kah ?
