Kok bisa? Padahal untuk website itu saya belinya agustus tahun lalu untuk setahun
Itu karena Anda memakai dua akun, saya mengecek lewat akun free Anda imsadull dan setelah saya cek akun premium Anda imanshad baru benar lisensi sampai tanggal 2 Agustus 2018.

permasalahannya web Anda ada terdaftar dengan dua lisensi. Coba hapus lisensi web di akun gratisnya. Jika masih bermasalah silakan reset pengaturan plugin dan de-activate lalu re-activate lagi di akun premium.

Saya coba "deactivate license" lalu "activate" lagi pakai ID premium tetap tidak bisa. Coba "uninstall plugin" lalu install lagi juga tidak bisa.
Saat instal ulang muncul:
"Warning: posix_getgrgid() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/k3910367/public_html/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-filesystem-direct.php on line 227"
Ini kenapa ya? Apa karena upgrade woocommerce nya?

==> ini tidak ada pilihannya setelah login di tonjoostudio.com
memang tidak ada pilihan, tapi Anda harus hapus sendiri di akun Anda yang free. Anda login ke tonjoostudio dengan akun free lalu hapus lisensinya.

Saya coba kok masih tetap gak bisa meski pakai lisensi yang masih valid. Apa ada perkembangan dari login website yang telah saya berikan?
Maaf untuk Sabtu-Minggu kami libur.
Sudah saya flush cache dan sekarang halaman checkout sudah normal, silakan dicoba di komputer Anda.
