These steps you can do:
1. Unzip the downloaded zip file
2. Login to your Website admin.
Go to WordPress dashboard–>plugins–>add new
3. Upload the plugin
4. activate it

there is no problem with mobile phones, it will work automatically as long as your theme support mobile phones (responsive)
