kalau dari plugin ongkir tidak ada batasan minimal dan maksimal berat. Kemungkinan di settingan lain, coba dicek lagi settingan yang berhubungan dengan berat produk.

Apa harus di upgrade ke Pro untuk bisa update shipping kargo yang lebih dari 100 kg ? Tq.
untuk settingan berat produk bisa langsung dilihat di dokumentasi woocommerce, karena plugin ongkir tidak secara langsung berhubungan dengan berat produk. Jadi kemungkinan masalah ada di woocomercenya bukan pada plugin ongkirnya.

mas settingan di Plugin Ongkos kirim : Default Shipping Weight 1 kg . Ini nga bisa di edit, default nya dibawah nya ada pilihan lain 0.875, 0.675, 0,5 dll.
Sementara berat produk klien saya mulai dari 30 kg keatas. Gimana cara nya mas, ini web belum jalan karena settingan plugin nya belum bener.
Mohon bantuannya.

mas coba lihat web nya dan coba buy yaa, trutama yang berat nya diatas 100 kg. Ini sy kasih link nya, dan coba analisa salah setting nya dimana.

kalau cuma dari order tidak bisa mencari errornya dimana. Kalau tidak keberatan coba saya masuk ke webnya, tulis info credential loginnya lewat secret message.

Saya belum bisa login, password incorrect.
Tapi sepertinya disettingan pluginnya API ongkos kirim yang digunakan adalah API rajaongkir.
Berdasarkan ketentuan dari rajaongkir untuk paket dengan berat lebih dari 30kg harus upgrade ke akun PRO.
