I can’t get The Easy Custom Auto Excerpt Premium to Install into WP

I paid the $4.99 and downloaded and unzipped the file. But can’t seem to figure out how to get it to install into WP. I did a Google search and as suggested copied the unzipped folder to the WordPress plugins file. But can still only see the free version in my plug ins.
What am I doing wrong?

Hi Carolyn!
As descripted on the https://tonjoostudio.com/addons/easy-custom-auto-excerpt-premium/#installation , please follow this step to install:
1. Download the plugin from your account
2. Unzip the zip file. It will extract two file : easy-custom-auto-excerpt.zip and easy-custom-auto-excerpt-premium.zip
3. Upload and install easy-custom-auto-excerpt.zip followed by easy-custom-auto-excerpt-premium.zip
4. Premium Easy Custom Auto Excerpt option feature will appears in Settings -> Excerpt
If you have another problem, please let us know.

I unzipped folder and just to be sure I had the right file I deleted the zipped files
and when I try to install I get this message 
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

these are the file names – I get same message with both files
easy-custom-auto-excerpt.php
easy-custom-auto-excerpt-premium.php

Apologize for our late respond,
I have tried to buy, download, and then upload the plugin to our fresh install WordPress site, and it’s working fine. So please re-download your plugin from the purchased item and than please re-install your downloaded plugin.

If it not working too, please provide us your email address and we will send the plugin file via email.

We can also capable to install the plugin in your website, of course with your permission.
