Coba lakukan de-activate lalu activate lagi lisensi Anda.

Jika masih bermasalah silakan hubungi kami dengan menyertakan credential login ke websitenya untuk coba kami bantu aktivasi dan cari tahu apa masalahnya.

sudah saya coba, tapi tetap sama, sudah saya kirim credential login ke pesan contact..
