LISENSI PLUGIN ONGKIR BERMASALAH

Di sini tidak muncul untuk pilihan ongkirnya. Sudah kita coba untuk tips dari moderator di forum tonjoo sebagai berikut namun tetap tidak bisa
– buka menu setting shipping (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping)
– jika shipping zones masih kosong, buat 1 shipping zone baru
– beri nama zone dengan nama terserah, dan isi region dengan Indonesia
– bagian methods tetap kosongkan saja
– save, lalu coba cek lagi di halaman checkout

Sepertinya terkait dengan lisensi kak.

Apakah lisensinya perlu diperbaiki dari developer atau perlu kita perpanjang ya kak?

Spesifikasi WordPress pada website kami:
wordpress ; 6.1.1
woo ongkir : plugin ongkos kirim (Versi: 3.8.8)
woo commerce : 7.0.0
theme : WokieeVersi: 2.0

Kita coba untuk upload screenshot permasalahannya tapi tidak bisa kita upload ke sini

Hasil pengecekan API sudah aktif kembali.

Menjawab pertanyaan "Apakah lisensinya perlu diperbaiki dari developer", Sebaiknya akun yang membelilah yang melaporkan dan mengurus semua hal support.

Dikarenakan layanan support teknis yang advance hanya diberikan ke user Premium.
