I’m trying to translate the theme, and loco translate does not find the words “bathroom” and “bedroom” both in the search alternative, and also in the single property page. Which files contain the determination of the words “bathroom”, “bedroom” and “for sale”? I guess they had to be translated manually.

You can translate it manually using Kensington options. Go to kensington options->property->area and facilities then change the label to suit your language.
