Selain markup, apakah bisa kita mengatur harga pengiriman secara markdown?
Karena kita sudah bermitra dengan pihak kurir dan mendapat hitungan harga tersendiri.

apakah markup bisa menggunakan prosentase?

Secara fitur hal tersebut belum tersedia. Namun bisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan hook ‘pok_rates’ seperti yang tercantum dalam dokumentasi https://pustaka.tonjoostudio.com/plugins/woo-ongkir-manual/
