Halo ABDURRAHIM,
Coba non-aktifkan beberapa plugin, kemungkinan konflik dengan plugin lainnya. Atau coba ganti theme dengan theme yang lain, ada kemungkinan juga konflik dengan themenya.

untuk saat order pembeli ada, cuman pas masuk notif order di alamat yang tercantum, tidak muncul kecamatan, tapi di email tetap muncul sesuai, jadi bukan saat order pembeli masukin kecamatan tidak ada.

Iya paham, sekarang coba non-aktifkan semua plugin kecuali woocommerce dan plugin ongkos kirim. setelah lakukan order dan cek order detailnya terdapat kecamatan atau tidak.
