Bagaimana cara Membatalkan (Cancel) Pesanan secara otomatis jika Pelanggan tidak mengkonfirmasi pesanan pada kurun waktu tertentu, misalnya 3 jam atau dsb.

Halo,

Saat ini di plugin konfirmasi belum ada fitur cancel order secara otomatis. Sebagai alternatif bisa menggunakan plugin Reminder Pembayaran untuk cancel order secara otomatis.
