Membatasi Lokasi shipping dan nilai total kenapa tidak berubah?

Saya sedang trial plugin ongkir ini, sayang sekali tidak ada opsi add image di forum ini. Yang jadi pertanyaan kenapa nilai total ongkir tidak berubah saat kita pilih lokasi shipping? Yang kedua, di plugin ini bisakah membatasi target shipping, misal hanya beberapa kota saja yang di enable.
