Muncul alert Failed to Load District jika alamat sudah terisi

Halo, pada bagian checkout apabila alamat sudah pernah terisi dan customer melakukan order kembali, terdapat alert sekitar 12x seperti di screenshot. Tapi setelah di klik OK terus, nanti baru keluar ongkirnya. Apakah bisa diperbaiki? atau mungkin ini penyebabnya apa?

Lalu di halaman woocommerce terdapat pesan warning:
WooCommerce has detected that some of your active plugins are incompatible with currently enabled WooCommerce features. Please review the details. apakah bisa di update agar pesan itu hilang saja?

Tapi jika alamat belum pernah diisi sama sekali (customer baru misal) plugin ini berjalan dengan baik

halo, ini minimal alert "Failed get city list" nya ga dimunculin aja deh… cukup masuk ke console log. tolong dong apa yg harus saya update
