I have installed your premium plugin, but the settings feature does not show in my dashboard. Also, is this the premium support? It’s the only support I can find. I am up to date with WP. This particular theme is Photocrati. Please advise why I can’t see settings. Thank you.

You can find the plugin options on the Settings -> Excerpt

And yes, you are our premium customer 🙂
The different between your premium account with non-premium account is in your “premium” badge, and we will give our premium support in this forum for who have a premium badge.

To run the premium plugin, you also need a non-premium plugin installed, so if you not found the plugin option on the Settings -> Excerpt , that mean you don’t have  an Easy Custom Auto Excerpt installed, so please install the ECAE (non premium) plugin.

You can install the ECAE plugin from wordpress.org or from your account.

This is an installation guide for premium plugin as described in the ECAE Premium instalation guide :

  • Buy the license you need ( Personal / Developer )
  • Download the plugin from your account
  • Unzip the zip file. It will extract two file : easy-custom-auto-excerpt.zip and easy-custom-auto-excerpt-premium.zip
  • Upload and install easy-custom-auto-excerpt.zip followed by easy-custom-auto-excerpt-premium.zip
  • Premium Easy Custom Auto Excerpt option feature will appears in Settings -> Excerpt
