No Settings on Easy Custom Auto Excerpt Premium Edition.

I have installed and activated the premium edition and a settings option is not appearing for me – it works fine for the free version though?

Any suggestions?

Yes, you need to unpack / unzip the premium pack, than upload and activate both of two files.
