Coba tambahkan shipping zone. caranya woocommerce–>settings–>shipping–>add shipping zone, lalu isikan sebagai berikut:

Pada Add shipping method pilih flat rate.
Setelah itu cek lagi halaman checkoutnya, muncul atau tidak ongkos kirimnya.

flat rate itu maksudnya apa ya..?

flat rate: ongkos kirimnya sama untuk semua tujuan.
Itu hanya untuk pancingan saja agar ongkos kirimnya keluar, setelah ongkos kirimnya keluar nanti flat rate-nya di-disable.
