I have the same problem.

I can´t create a new Slide. There is no error message after save. There is a black picture without title and after refresh the "new slide" is not there.

Two days ago it worked perfect. I do´nt installed an update.

How can I fix this problem?

I have a folder uploads (775) but still not get the picture, I black out
attached screenshot.

Demo on your page and it is the same as in the capture.
Then probe to replace an image that already existed in your Demo and served, but if the new upload will not do.

Hey Zea,

after adding new slide it looks like that and after refresh the new slide is not there.

I´ve added an image, also I added a Slide-Title but after saving it´s not in the preview an when I refresh the backend the new slide is not there.
