I try install plugin Capability Manager Enhanced: https://wordpress.org/plugins/capability-manager-enhanced/
for check capability for Property. After only activate this plugin, Property add/edit is possible. When I deactivate that plugin, add/edit not possible…

I do not any change in Capability Manager Enhanced setting – only activate or deactivate.

Hi,
I think it is because this note:”Capability changes remain in the database after plugin deactivation”, so your properties are un-editable because it remain unchecked even the capability manager enhanced plugin is deactivated.
To solve this just check the properties and then de-activate the plugin.

but Capability Manager Enhanced has never been installed before on the site! Before update from 1.0.0 to 1.1.6 functions Property works fine. After update theme, do not possible edit Property.

Therefore, I wanted to check the rights and used the plug-in Capability Manager Enhanced.

However, I do not exclude the possibility that one of the previous webmasters has used this add-on but has deactivated and deleted it.
