Sudah setting sesuai petunjuk tapi perhitungan ongkirnya tetap saja tidak muncul

Mohon baca dulu FAQ kami di halaman depan pak. Disitu sudah dijelaskan kemungkinan kenapa ongkir tidak muncul.

Apakah yakin tidak bisa pak? 🙂

Sudah coba dengan theme lain? Sudah coba lisensi nya di nonaktifkan dan di aktifkan lagi?

Karena di tempat kami bisa (Kami menggunakan theme asli woocomemrce, storefront).

Pastikan juga tidak menggunakan filter courier saat uji coba/testing.

apakah penghitungan pengirimannya juga dipengaruhi oleh API?

Kami sarankan menggunakan API Tonjoo saja pak. Bisa gunakan API rajaongkir kalau punya API premium nya 🙂
