Permissions problem

Hi

I’ve just purchased the premium version of hide show comments but when I click on the options page to enter the code, I get the following error message…

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

How can I fix this?

Hi

No, I have not changed my DB. I’d rather not share my login details with you, I thought that was what you were going to ask having seen the same response to others.

I much prefer plug-ins that work out of the box without problems, so as this one doesn’t I have already put in a refund request.

The plugin is already works out of the box with another client.

If this plugin’s fault, will very likely all clients will experience the same problem with you, and all clients will ask for refund too.

I ask the client credentials to check any plugin they use because it may conflict with other plugins/theme/other, and in order to quickly help them.

Well, I did take a screenshot, but your contact form did not allow for adding attachments and neither does this forum. There is no point in me providing you with this anyway, I have deactivated and deleted the plug-in from my website and I have requested a refund because it does not work.

Please ensure that your people issue that refund in a timely manner.

You can try to test it in another website (localhost is ok) if you still in doubt whether it’s plugin’s fault or not 🙂

Or you can try to debug it by deactivate another plugins and set to default theme, just to know if the issue is still remain or not.

But since you do not let me investigate your issue, then you should do it yourself 🙂

Then we will very happly refund your money 100%, if the plugin is really broken 🙂

Yes, this plug-in is really broken, and I have read your refund policy. I see that you do refunds on Fridays, so I fully expect my refund on that day.

So, Friday has been and gone, it’s now Tuesday where I live, and I’ve still not received a refund. I emailed you through your contact page requesting a refund on the 29th September and got an automatic reply saying you would respond within three business days.

You have not replied to that either.

What an absolute abominable company you are to do business with, simply disgraceful. You have 48 hours in which to refund me my paltry $12.95 or I will raise a significantly not as described complaint with PayPal. I will also post atrocious reviews of your company on the WordPress plug-ins reviews pages.

People like you give e-commerce a bad name, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

What is wrong with you people? Do you not understand how to do business these days?
