Hallo ka, saya ingin bertanya? baru saja saya sudah melakukan perpanjangan lisensi plugin Ongkos Kirim, namun untuk masa aktif pada dashboard WP belum update secara otomatis.. apa perlu saya inputkan kembali kode lisensinya atau bagaimana yaa?<br />

Kemudian, apakah ada invoice dalam bentuk file PDF ka?<br />

Status di dashboard sudah berubah ya.

Status di dashboard memang ada delay karena system lisensi akan meminta status di system pusat pada jam tertentu, namun di system pusat sudah berubah (diwakilkan di status My item).

Untuk invoice, apakah kami kirim ke email speedsindonesia@gmail.com? atau ada email lain?
