Pas aku instal plugin woo ongkir jadi seperti ini

Nah setelah aktifkan woo ongkir billing penagihan “company” hilang

Di biling pengiriman ada field “email” dan no.tlp tidak tercantum di email pemberitahuan

Nah kemarin katanya dev ku emang karena plugin woo ongkir merubah form ordernya jadi meskipun company di tampilkan tetap tidak bisa

Web ku kan emang buat dropshipper jadi sangat butuh company (untuk pengirim) dan butuh no.tlp penerima

Jadi solusinya gimana??

NB :
Aku pakai berbagai plugin edit field pun gak jalan tetap tampilan woo ongkir seperti diatas
Mohon bantuannya, misal nambah biaya juga gpp

Utk masalah company ini sudah sy laporkan ke dev kami mas, dan akan segera di fix kan pada update selanjutnya. Sepertinya kalau tidak salah sudah sy jawab di thread yg serupa 🙂

Sebenere kalau masalah no.tlp di form kirim alamat lain itu sangat vital karena tanpa no.tlp penerima jasa pengiriman akan menolak

Ouh iya, kemarin aku integrasi woocom sama zapier supaya data pemesanan bisa lebih mudah di kontrol tapi gak jalan juga karena field dari woo ongkir kayake emang beda sama woocom

Sepertinya dari woocommercenya sendiri memang hanya mencantumkan billing phone ke email. Plugin ongkos kirim hanya menambahkan table alamat "Billing address details" & "Shipping address details".

Maaf, saat ini plugin ongkir belum bisa menambahkan itu, karena bukan merupakan suatu hal yang urgent.
Masnya bisa menambahkan sendiri dengan cara mengedit template file woocommerce atau melalui filter hook.
