Pihan JNE Hilang dalam Jakarta

Halo,

Toko saya di Jakarta Selatan, mau kirim customer di Jakarta Timur, maka pilihan JNE hilang.

Bila saya kirim kota lain, misal Tangerang, maka JNE akan muncul.

Bagaimana agar saya tetap bisa kirim menggunakan JNE dalam kota Jakarta?

Apakah di pengaturan ongkir, Anda menggunakan fitur filter layanan? Jika iya, pastikan CTC terpilih. Karena untuk dalam kota yang sama JNE menggunakan layanan CTC (city to city)
