Pilihan province tidak muncul di halaman checkout

Dear Support,
Saya sudah mengupdate Plugin Ongkos Kirim versi 1.0.2, kenapa halaman di chekout untuk formnya berubah ya?
Sebelumnya menggunakan WooOngkir sperti ini http://prntscr.com/9h2cmv
Setelah saya update ke Plugin Ongkos Kirim versi 1.0.2 berubah jadi sperti ini http://prntscr.com/9h2d35 atau http://prntscr.com/9h2d5m
Sudah menggunakan 2 theme yang berbeda,hasilnya sama.
Jadi tidak ada pilihan province nya dan di city nya bukan berupa dropdown.
Mohon bantuannya.

bisa lihat setting admin plugin ongkos kirim?
atau kalau tidak saya bisa di kasih akses admin sementara biar saya bantu setting
