Sudah coba lakukan de-activate re-activate? Coba non aktifkan license dengan cara men-delete license di halaman manage plugin lalu aktifkan kembali lisensinya.
Jika masih bermasalah silakan berikan akses login ke websitenya untuk kami coba bantu aktivasi dan cari tahu permasalahannya.
