Plugin Ongkir 3.0.3 Tidak Muncul di Checkout Page

PERMASALAHAN:
Plugin ongkir hanya muncul di checkout page saat kondisi login, sedangkan saat kondisi logout (guest) tidak mau muncul.
–

SPESIFIKASI:
Plugin Ongkir : 3.0.3
Wordpress : 4.9.7
Woocommerce : 3.4.3
PHP : 7.2.4
Plugin Cache : WP Fastest Cache
Theme : Flatsome 3.6.0
–

SUDAH DILAKUKAN:
*non-aktifkan & hapus plugin ongkir versi sebelumnya (2.1.3)
*instal manual, aktifkan & flush cache plugin ongkir 3.0.3
*hapus cache & non-aktifkan plugin wp fastest cache
*ganti theme ke Shop Isle
*hapus history browser (advanced & centang semua opsi)

Hasilnya tetap sama.
Permasalahan ini hanya terjadi di versi 3.0.1, 3.0.2 & 3.0.3, jadi sementara ini menggunakan versi 2.1.3.

Semoga di versi berikutnya, permasalahan ini sudah bisa teratasi.

Saya juga mengalami masalah saat awal negara yang terpilih misalkan negara A, kemudian diganti ke negara B. Ongkos kirim muncul tetapi checkout refresh dan kembali ke Negara A.

Sudah coba hapus cache dan history browser, tapi masalah ini muncul lagi.

Masalah ini muncul kadang2…

Terkait masalah ini sedang kami cari penyebabnya karena memang hanya kadang-kadang saja munculnya. Semoga dalam waktu dekat bisa kami perbaiki.
