Kemungkinan theme nya kurang kompitabel mas 🙁
Coba dulu di localhost, pindahkan lisensi nya ke localhost. Bisa tidak? Kalau bisa, berarti benar theme nya yg ga kompitabel

Maaf mbak Zea, kalau boleh tau theme yang suport atau kompatible yang apa saja syaratnya, saya banyak coba theme tapi hasilnya masih sama 🙁

awalnya sebelum saya upgrade ke prenium bisa berjalan mbak tapi setelah ke prenium justru menjadi seperti itu…

Kalau sebelum nya bisa (trial) sekarang ga bisa, pasti ada sebab nya mas… 😀
Tolong di runut dulu. Waktu pakai trial itu, theme nya apa? Di localhost atau dimana test nya?
Coba di jelasin dlu mas… Baru bisa kita seldiki, dan kalau memang kesalahan di plugin kita, baru bisa kita proses refund nya

Barusan sy cek lg ini bisa mas
begini mbak zea, saat ini plugin yg saya aktiv kan adl plugin lain, jd saat mbak zea coba bisa. plugin itu hny bisa jne reg saja dan tidak bisa lebih detail ongkirnya by kecamatan, pdhal banyak sekali yg beda ongkirnya saat beda kecamatan meski satu kota.
runtutan kejadiannya begini mbak, awal saya menggunakan versi trial dengn theme yg lain memang tidak bisa bekerja, tp saya coba theme yg lain (yg saat ini saya pakai) bisa berjalan baik. oleh karrna itu saya putuskan utk upgrade ke prenium.
Linsence prenium sdh saya pakai dari kemarin sejak sore kemarin dan semalam sempat saya test dan ternyata tidak berjalan sempurna. kemudian sanpai pagi tadi saya coba utk utak atik dan masih belum bisa juga shg saya putuskan utk meminta bantuan tonjoo di forum ini.
Theme yg saya gunakan saat trial dimana plugin bisa bekerja juga sama dengan saat setelah upgrade dan tidak bekerja kembali…

sudah semalam dan pagi sampai siang selalu saya coba. jadi mohon bantuannya ya mbak..

sebagai catatan mbak, saat plugin ongkir aktiv di wordpress tp tidak saya gunakan di woocomers maka tulisan “isi detail” tetap muncul. (aktive di wordpress dan tidak digunakan di setting shipping woocommers – yg ssya gunakan plugin lain).
tp saat saya nonaktivkan plugin ongkir yg di wordpress maka tulisan “isi detail” hilang.

saat ini saya aktivekan plugin onkir tonjoo ya mbak, tapi yg saya gunakan di setting shipping woocomers adalah plugin lain.
Hasilnya ada muncul tulisan "isi detail".
(saat plugin ongkir saya non aktivekan di wordpress maka isi detail akan hilang)

Hmm… Aneh ya, padahal premium & trial itu plugin nya sama, engine nya sama. Yang membedakan cuma lisensi saja. Trial cuma 14 hari, premium 1 tahun. Plugin nya sih sama 😀
Kalau memang di theme ini sebelum nya versi tial jalan,
Ada 2 kemungkinan berarti :
1. Server/hosting nya bermasalah
2. Lisensi kami yg bermasalah (bukan plugin nya)
Boleh saya pinjam wp-admin nya mas? Biar saya coba dng lisensi lain.
