Saya membeli plugin reminder pembayaran,dan terakhir berfungsi adalah di tanggal 2020-11-17,setelah itu plugin tidak berfungsi.
Kira kira masalahnya dimana dan bagaimana mengeceknya?
Saya sudah mengaktifkan lisensinya

sudah bisa mengirim email,dan ketika order tidak ada masalah dalam mengirim email,namun untuk cancel order dan reminder tidak jalan padahal saya sudah aktifkan lisensinya.

Sepertinya masalah terjadi karena permission di direktori /wp-content/uploads/ yang tidak writeable. Coba di cek ulang dan dipastikan direktori tersebut permission-nya.

Pada bagian "Recurse into subdirectories" bisa coba dicentang mas?
Kalau belum bisa juga, bisa kami minta dikirimkan login/credential dashboard admin nya? nanti kami cek secara langsung.
