send tracking number kenapa error, padahal mail function pada website jalan. cek log dimana?

ketika send test email, selalu “Sending, please wait…”

error log php nya dimana? di root ada error log tapi tidak ada error dari plugin resi

atau coba bisa cek di console web. karena bisa saja itu ajaxnya tidak berjalan karena ada error javascript yang mungkin bentrok dengan theme atau plugin lain.
