Halo,
Apakah sudah dipastikan bahwa hostingnya tidak ada kendala untuk mengirim email? bisa cek dengan melakukan forgot password, jika tidak ada email yang terkirim maka hostingnya bermasalah dalam mengirim email. Coba hubungin pihak hosting untuk memperbaikinya.
