Pos – Paket Jumbo Ekonomi muncul dengan ongkir kosong sedangkan berat barang 18kg. Tidak mungkin itu. Tolong dicek.

Kota asal Surakarta. Tujuannya: Denpasar Bali Kec. Kediri. Saya juga coba dengan tujuan yang lain dan hasilnya sama. Ternyata semua layanan POS muncul dengan ongkir kosong, bukan hanya yang Paket Jumbo Ekonomi. Terima kasih.
