Sorry for late response,

I think the problem is not on ECAE, but on your theme. And it is very difficult to debug if I cannot directly access your theme’s files. If you don’t mind, can you share your web credentials? Such as wp-admin account… So I can investigate any further… 🙂

Hi,

Since I cannot access all your theme’s files, you need to do it yourself (by FTP or cPanel). Please edit ../themes/charisma/css/media.css, and follow these screenshots (Don’t forget to make backup!) :

And about chrome issue, I already fixed it. You just misconfigure it in ECAE options.
