Problem with Ongkos Kirim Plugin

Hi,
I’m having a problem with the Calculate Shipping function on my Cart Page: https://magnesiumhealthcare.com/cart/

When the client clicks on the Calculate Shipping link the drop down location fileds are shown. However, when the client fills in the required location data and click to proceed page refreshes but the total remains the same.

My Bhasa Indonesian is pretty basic. So please use English in your response.

Hi,

Yes, due to woocommerce restriction, somehow the custom calculation is not working in cart page. You must proceed to checkout page to calculate the cost.

We already explain that in plugin ongkos kirim FAQ 🙂
