Perhatian!!!!, Saya sudah membaca FAQ, dan beberapa thread di forum ini dan yang lain

saya mau tanya, cara untuk reorder fields khususnya di checkout, semenjak update ke woocommerce 3.x sistem reorder plugin tidak berjalan dengan semestinya.

saya sudah mencoba di template frontstore, theme bawaan lainnya, hasilnya sama saja. tapi saat saya deactive plugin tonjo ini sistem reorder woocommerce berjalan dengan rapih.

jadi saya kira ini masalahnya ada di plugin tonjo yang belum support, CMIIW.

apakah ada saran untuk problem saya ini?

Perhatian!!!! gak perlu pakai tanda pentung 3x dan di bold jugak kali mas, 😀

Bisa sertakan screenshot nya? Atau web nya, biar kami cek lagi. Kalo memang bug, akan segera kami perbaiki 🙂

Maaf jika FAQ kurang terlalu menjelaskan.
Untuk masalah ini, pastikan template files woocommerce yang ada di theme sudah sesuai dengan versi woocommerce. Karena pada versi terbaru, struktur html halaman checkout woocommerce juga mengalami perubahan.

Karena pada versi terbaru woocommerce pengurutan fieldsnya menggunakan javascript, pastikan nama class pada halaman checkout sudah sesuai dengan template file asli.

sy sudah cek theme bahwa di support WC 3.1.x. Ketika sy aktifkan plugin ongkir Tonjoo halaman checkout jadi kacau, dan ketika dinonaktikan halama cehckout kembali rapi.

apakah plugin ongkir tidak support untuk WC terbaru ?

Kami selalu meng-update Woo ongkir dng WC terbaru, tetapi hanya kadang tidak selalu instant. Kadang kita butuh beberapa hari utk melakukan update tsb.

Maaf atas ketidaknyamanan nya 🙂

Halo,

saya mau kasih update tarkait permasalahan yang saya alami. untuk reorder selalu berubah2 tidak sesuai dengan priority dikarenakan terkena efek JS bawaan woocommerce yaitu file (address-i18n.min.js). jika JS dimatikan reorder akan sesuai dengan script yang sudah di atur.

saya melakukan override untuk event tersebut.

saya engga pake cara wp_dequeue, soalnya engga mempan :D, yang saya lakukan menambahkan JS trigger by event (address-i18n.min), jadi seteah address-i18n.min merubah format fields, JS custom yang saya buat merapaihkannya lagi.

Maaf late response. Tidak ada masalah dengan woo ongkir yang sekarang pak. Kami test disini normal, dengan WC terbaru.

Sudah coba dengan theme default? Coba dengan theme storefront milik WooCommerce 🙂
