Selalu mengalami Blank Layar Putih (WSoD) saat aktivasi plug in Woo Ongkir

Setiap melakukan aktivasi plugin Woo Ongkir wordpress saya selalu mengalami blank screen. Walaupun saya sudah menonaktifkan semua plugin yang terinstal, tetap saja blank screen itu terjadi saat aktivasi Woo Ongkir.
