Hi there!

First of all thanks for the wonderful product. I have one concern. Our store location is Jakarta Purasat. When someone tries to ship to Jakarta, the shipping pricing is not displayed. How do we handle this situation?

Hi,
Did you activate courier filter feature? Make sure you include JNE CTC on it, since JNE only provide CTC service for same city.
