Slider not loading, just blank space

I am having trouble getting the sangar slider to work.

I had installed the Fluid Responsive and that one worked fine. I am now using sangar and can not figure out why it’s not loading, there is only blank space.

I would greatly appreciate any help solving this issue.

I purchased on 15 Feb so if you can not get it to work then you need to refund me even if it goes past your refund date limit as it is not my fault. I notified you right away so you can look at it and fix it so you can not hold it against me if it goes past the 7 days!

I will create a login for you so you can try and fix right away.
