I see masterslider shortcode in your web, are you using masterslider too? And also not working?

If yes, then the problem is in your theme. You need to change this code in your theme :

echo get_the_content()

to this :

the_content()

In order to make shortcodes works 🙂

Thanks, Zea. I’ll take a look at that. The reason you’re seeing the masterslider shortcode is that I was testing that slider before, and it did work. I uninstalled that slider plugin in order to make sure it was not competing with Sangar slider, so the issue is not that shortcodes are not working at all (they worked with masterslider).

Yeah, unfortunately that’s not the issue. It’s only the Sangar Slider shortcodes that aren’t working. Any further thoughts?
