Hallo, pada website saya bermasalah opsi pengiriman tidak muncul, saya pengguna plugin ongkos kirim dari tahun kemarin, karena license sudah expired saya perpanjang lagi 2 hari yang lalu namun di halaman licence manager tidak muncul isian serialnya, saya sudah coba untuk ganti theme tetap tidak muncul isian license

Halo,

Untuk masalah yang dialami, mungkin bisa mencoba langkah berikut:
1. Masuk ke database
2. Cari tabel wp_options
3. Cari option_name bernama tonjoo_plugins lalu hapus row tersebut -> https://prnt.sc/q9rfh1
4. Setelah itu coba lakukan aktivasi lagi seperti biasa.

tetap tidak ada tampilan isian setelah menghapus row

Sepertinya ada error di plugin hongo sehingga halaman lisensi tidak muncul.
